Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Hashem Consultancy LTD ("we", "us", "our") for consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

02

Our Services

We provide business and trade consultancy, and project management guidance, to businesses operating in or entering the UK market. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement will be agreed separately in writing (for example, via a proposal or engagement letter) before work begins.

03

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services, whether fixed-fee or otherwise, will be set out in your engagement letter or proposal. Payment terms will also be specified there. Late payment may result in a pause of services until outstanding amounts are settled.

04

Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, we rely on you to provide accurate information and timely access to relevant people, documents, and systems. Delays or inaccuracies on your part may affect our ability to meet agreed timelines.

05

Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us during an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the engaged services, comply with the law, or with your consent.

06

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any materials, frameworks, or documentation we create in the course of an engagement remain our intellectual property, with a licence granted to you to use them for your internal business purposes.

07

Limitation of Liability

Our advice and guidance are provided in good faith based on the information available to us at the time. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made independently of our specific recommendations, or from inaccurate information provided to us.

08

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the relevant engagement letter. Fees for work completed up to the point of termination remain payable.

09

Website Use

This website is provided for general information purposes. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
